Traveller Code of Conduct
How we ask our guests to travel with us.
Travelling with Safari Quest Adventurez means joining a small community of guides, drivers, lodge teams and local hosts. We ask every traveller to embrace the following expectations so that the experience is safe and rewarding for everyone.
Respect for guides and staff
Our guides are highly trained professionals; please follow their instructions, especially on matters of safety. Treat all staff with courtesy and patience.
Respect for wildlife
Observe quietly, keep movements slow, and never ask your guide to break park rules in pursuit of a closer photo.
Respect for local cultures
Dress modestly in towns, villages and Stone Town (covered shoulders and knees, especially in Zanzibar). Learn a few words of Swahili — it is always appreciated.
Environmental responsibility
Take nothing but pictures, leave nothing but footprints. Carry your litter back to camp and avoid single-use plastics.
Appropriate behaviour
Behaviour that is harassing, discriminatory, abusive or illegal will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the tour without refund.
Compliance with park regulations
National-park rules — speed limits, off-road rules, drone restrictions, opening hours — are non-negotiable and are enforced by park authorities.
